Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Oversee and manage projects, ensuring successful completion, timely implementation, budget control, and quality assurance;
  • Handle Contract Management during project execution, in collaboration with the Procurement section;
  • Report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for guidance and instructions;
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Project Management procedures and the ability to utilize a Programme of Works;
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting logs in line with company standards and procedures;
  • Assist in the creation of specifications and cost estimates as part of the project procurement process.

Experience

  • Hold a MQF Level 6 or higher in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline;
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in the construction industry, with a solid understanding of industry practices;
  • Proficient in 2D AutoCAD (ACAD);
  • Possession of a valid Cat. B Driving License.
