Our client specializes in property development and investment.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Oversee and manage projects, ensuring successful completion, timely implementation, budget control, and quality assurance;
- Handle Contract Management during project execution, in collaboration with the Procurement section;
- Report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for guidance and instructions;
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Project Management procedures and the ability to utilize a Programme of Works;
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting logs in line with company standards and procedures;
- Assist in the creation of specifications and cost estimates as part of the project procurement process.
Experience
- Hold a MQF Level 6 or higher in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline;
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in the construction industry, with a solid understanding of industry practices;
- Proficient in 2D AutoCAD (ACAD);
- Possession of a valid Cat. B Driving License.
