Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Oversee and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes;
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders involved in project implementation to ensure effective communication, optimal resource allocation, and alignment with established project plans and objectives;
  • Handle contract management for works and services during project execution, including drafting and managing tenders and agreements;
  • Prepare detailed specifications, cost estimates, and related documentation as part of the procurement process;
  • Maintain accurate project records and documentation in line with company procedures and reporting standards;
  • Organize and document meetings, including project board sessions and evaluation committees;
  • Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies for project management and procurement functions;
  • Support audit activities by providing necessary documentation and information;
  • Collaborate with executive management in developing company policies and strategic procedures;
  • Work closely with the Finance Department and other internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and project alignment across departments.

Experience

  • Possess an MQF Level 6 or higher qualification in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Engineering, or a Management-related discipline;
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience within the construction, project management, procurement, or contract management sectors;
  • Hold a valid Category B driving licence;
  • Solid understanding of project management principles, procedures, and best practices.
