- Oversee and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes;
- Coordinate with all stakeholders involved in project implementation to ensure effective communication, optimal resource allocation, and alignment with established project plans and objectives;
- Handle contract management for works and services during project execution, including drafting and managing tenders and agreements;
- Prepare detailed specifications, cost estimates, and related documentation as part of the procurement process;
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation in line with company procedures and reporting standards;
- Organize and document meetings, including project board sessions and evaluation committees;
- Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies for project management and procurement functions;
- Support audit activities by providing necessary documentation and information;
- Collaborate with executive management in developing company policies and strategic procedures;
- Work closely with the Finance Department and other internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and project alignment across departments.
Experience
- Possess an MQF Level 6 or higher qualification in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Engineering, or a Management-related discipline;
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience within the construction, project management, procurement, or contract management sectors;
- Hold a valid Category B driving licence;
- Solid understanding of project management principles, procedures, and best practices.
