Our client is a leading company of domestic appliances.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage all stages of flooring installation projects, including scheduling, coordination, and quality control, ensuring timely and high-standard completion;
  • Collaborate with installation teams, subcontractors, and internal departments to maintain alignment on project objectives and timelines;
  • Conduct pre-installation site visits to confirm readiness, identify potential issues, and ensure realistic scheduling;
  • Identify potential flooring and carpeting opportunities and conduct initial assessments to support the sales team in business development;
  • Promote and sell related commercial products, such as vacuums and maintenance systems, as part of the overall service offering;
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication, responsiveness, and client satisfaction.

Experience

  • Previous experience in flooring, construction, or project coordination;
  • Hold a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various project sites;
  • Experience in commercial flooring or related industries, with comprehensive knowledge of installation processes and product offerings will be considered an asset.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact confidently with clients and teams;
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
