Our client is a boutique real estate advisory firm.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Schedule inspection of clients' properties;
- Maintain effective relationships with vendors, suppliers and third party companies;
- Oversee the entire leasing process from introduction to occupancy and renewals;
- Assist in sourcing maintenance, cleaning, gardening, internet connectivity, laundry and other services that clients may require;
- Maintain property rentals by advertising, negotiating, enforcing leasing, maintaining and securing premises;
- Update relevant information of properties on the website and database;
- Organise punctual payment of water, electricity and telephone bills, as well as, following up of any queries with the respective departments;
- Collect and redirect Mail;
- Maintain building systems by contracting maintenance services and supervising repairs.
Experience
- Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management systems;
- Have a clean driving licence and own means of transport;
- Have a tertiary education and be computer literate;
- Be fluet in written and spoken English and Maltese.
