Our client is a boutique real estate advisory firm.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Schedule inspection of clients' properties;
  • Maintain effective relationships with vendors, suppliers and third party companies;
  • Oversee the entire leasing process from introduction to occupancy and renewals;
  • Assist in sourcing maintenance, cleaning, gardening, internet connectivity, laundry and other services that clients may require;
  • Maintain property rentals by advertising, negotiating, enforcing leasing, maintaining and securing premises;
  • Update relevant information of properties on the website and database;
  • Organise punctual payment of water, electricity and telephone bills, as well as, following up of any queries with the respective departments;
  • Collect and redirect Mail;
  • Maintain building systems by contracting maintenance services and supervising repairs.


  • Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management systems;
  • Have a clean driving licence and own means of transport;
  • Have a tertiary education and be computer literate;
  • Be fluet in written and spoken English and Maltese.
