Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support the management of the Company's short-term rental portfolio;
  • Assist with guest reservations, communications, and check-in/check-out procedures;
  • Conduct property inspections to ensure all units are safe, clean, and fully operational;
  • Help maintain compliance with local regulations and industry standards;
  • Contribute to delivering a high-quality guest experience;
  • Coordinate communication with landlords and tenants, ensuring professional and timely service;
  • Assist in scheduling and overseeing property maintenance and upkeep;
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and service providers as needed;
  • Support the preparation of agreements, contract renewals, and operational reports;
  • Assist with marketing activities to promote properties and related services.

Experience

  • Previous experience in hospitality, property management, or reservations;
  • Valid driving licence and access to own transport;
  • Flexible approach to working hours as needed.

Personal Skills

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; Maltese is a plus;
  • Energetic, professional, and dependable personality;
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
