Our client is a leading real estate company.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Support the management of the Company's short-term rental portfolio;
- Assist with guest reservations, communications, and check-in/check-out procedures;
- Conduct property inspections to ensure all units are safe, clean, and fully operational;
- Help maintain compliance with local regulations and industry standards;
- Contribute to delivering a high-quality guest experience;
- Coordinate communication with landlords and tenants, ensuring professional and timely service;
- Assist in scheduling and overseeing property maintenance and upkeep;
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and service providers as needed;
- Support the preparation of agreements, contract renewals, and operational reports;
- Assist with marketing activities to promote properties and related services.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality, property management, or reservations;
- Valid driving licence and access to own transport;
- Flexible approach to working hours as needed.
Personal Skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; Maltese is a plus;
- Energetic, professional, and dependable personality;
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
