Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Issue invoices for services rendered to clients;
  • Follow up on outstanding rental payments;
  • Conduct regular onsite inspections of properties;
  • Coordinate with suppliers and technicians for maintenance and repairs;
  • Handle procurement of goods and supplies for managed properties;
  • Prepare and update property inventories;
  • Manage tenant check-in and check-out processes;
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with both property owners and tenants;
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support property management operations.

Experience

  • Solid knowledge of property maintenance and tenant management;
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable means of transport;
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Maltese, written and spoken.
