Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Handle guest enquiries, resolve complaints, and conduct post-stay follow-ups;
- Maintain up-to-date property information, welcome packs, and FAQs;
- Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and property turnovers;
- Manage reservations across OTAs and direct booking channels, ensuring no double bookings;
- Process and confirm invoices for payment, and monitor petty stock and supplies;
- Collaborate with marketing to update listings, photos, and promotional materials.
Experience
- Proven experience managing short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO, including channel management tools;
- Basic experience in bookkeeping and invoice processing;
- Knowledge of inventory and stock management.
Personal Skills
- Excellent customer service and guest relations skills;
- Strong organizational abilities with experience coordinating multiple vendors and tasks;
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with marketing teams;
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and attention to detail.
