Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals for Diesel Gensets, Gas (CHP/CCHP) systems, Microgrids, and BESS solutions;
• Review RFQs, ITT documentation, and tender specifications to ensure full compliance with client requirements;
• Provide technical input by responding to client queries, assessing project feasibility, and proposing effective energy solutions;
• Collaborate closely with internal departments, including sales and engineering teams, as well as external suppliers and subcontractors, to develop competitive submissions;
• Prepare accurate cost estimates covering equipment, materials, labour, and subcontractor services based on supplier quotations and pricing data;
• Present technical proposals to clients, clearly outlining the value proposition and addressing technical and commercial questions;
• Identify potential project risks during the proposal stage and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies;
• Ensure all submissions comply with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering preferred)'
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in proposal engineering or sales engineering within the energy or industrial sectors;
• Proven exposure to Diesel Gensets, Gas (CHP/CCHP) systems, Microgrids, or BESS technologies;
• Strong understanding of tendering procedures and technical evaluation processes;
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software; familiarity with Revit will be considered an asset;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
