Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Source goods and services and perform strategic procurement activities;
  • Negotiate and close deals with optimal terms;
  • Organize shipping of supplies;
  • Control budgets;
  • Manage the sending, checking, confirmation, and scheduling of client orders from foreign suppliers.


  • Proven work experience in a similar role;
  • Possess competent computer skills and experience in Microsoft Office;
  • Familiarity with sourcing processes;
  • Fluent in Maltese, Italian, and English.
