Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Conduct in-person training sessions with sales and letting consultants during real-time client interactions;
  • Guide team members through live property viewings, valuations, negotiations, and deal closures, offering practical coaching throughout;
  • Mentor both new joiners and experienced consultants to reinforce company procedures and high-performance standards;
  • Assess individual development needs and deliver personalised coaching to boost sales effectiveness;
  • Provide real-time, constructive feedback to strengthen communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills;
  • Work closely with branch managers and team leads to align training efforts with the company’s service strategy;
  • Monitor consultant progress and share feedback reports highlighting key achievements and areas for growth;
  • Keep training materials and methods up to date by staying informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market developments.

Experience

  • Demonstrated background in training, coaching, or L&D, ideally within the real estate sector;
  • Solid understanding of real estate procedures and regulations is considered a strong asset;
  • Fluent in both Maltese and English, with the ability to deliver training effectively in both languages.
