Our client is a leading real estate company.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct in-person training sessions with sales and letting consultants during real-time client interactions;
- Guide team members through live property viewings, valuations, negotiations, and deal closures, offering practical coaching throughout;
- Mentor both new joiners and experienced consultants to reinforce company procedures and high-performance standards;
- Assess individual development needs and deliver personalised coaching to boost sales effectiveness;
- Provide real-time, constructive feedback to strengthen communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills;
- Work closely with branch managers and team leads to align training efforts with the company’s service strategy;
- Monitor consultant progress and share feedback reports highlighting key achievements and areas for growth;
- Keep training materials and methods up to date by staying informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market developments.
Experience
- Demonstrated background in training, coaching, or L&D, ideally within the real estate sector;
- Solid understanding of real estate procedures and regulations is considered a strong asset;
- Fluent in both Maltese and English, with the ability to deliver training effectively in both languages.
