- Assist the Deposit Sales team with day-to-day sales and advisory tasks related to the Company's deposit products;
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as welcoming clients, handling incoming calls, and directing inquiries efficiently;
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless processes and timely issue resolution;
- Contribute to lead generation and client acquisition efforts through marketing initiatives and communication support;
- Ensure accurate client onboarding by maintaining up-to-date documentation and compliance with internal procedures;
- Monitor client portfolios and needs, supporting proactive service to enhance satisfaction and reduce potential risks;
- Foster and strengthen ongoing relationships with clients to support long-term engagement and loyalty.
Experience
- A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Studies, or a related field will be considered an asset;
- At least 1 year of experience in a client-facing or receptionist role;
- Strong command of English is essential; familiarity with Maltese is considered an advantage;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Word and Excel.
