Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist the Deposit Sales team with day-to-day sales and advisory tasks related to the Company's deposit products;
  • Manage front desk responsibilities such as welcoming clients, handling incoming calls, and directing inquiries efficiently;
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless processes and timely issue resolution;
  • Contribute to lead generation and client acquisition efforts through marketing initiatives and communication support;
  • Ensure accurate client onboarding by maintaining up-to-date documentation and compliance with internal procedures;
  • Monitor client portfolios and needs, supporting proactive service to enhance satisfaction and reduce potential risks;
  • Foster and strengthen ongoing relationships with clients to support long-term engagement and loyalty.

Experience

  • A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Studies, or a related field will be considered an asset;
  • At least 1 year of experience in a client-facing or receptionist role;
  • Strong command of English is essential; familiarity with Maltese is considered an advantage;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Word and Excel.

  • Demonstrated strengths in building client relationships, and delivering excellent customer service.
