Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Greet and provide assistance to clients;
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel;
  • Assist with general administrative tasks;
  • Handle all incoming mail and deliveries to the office.


  • Hold an A’ level standard of education;
  • Be fluent in both written and spoken Maltese and English;
  • Be proficient in the use of MS Word and MS Excel;
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset.
