Our client specializes in property development and investment.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Handle daily incoming calls and record them in the company’s database system;
  • Follow up on calls with the relevant stakeholders to ensure complaints are addressed and closed;
  • Ensure the database is kept up-to-date and maintain communication with clients until their complaints are resolved;
  • Greet clients and visitors at the Front Desk and assist them with their requirements;
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including setting up the boardroom as needed;
  • Prepare copies and bindings as required for meetings or other tasks;
  • Prepare coffee and refreshments for guests when necessary.

Experience

  • Hold an MQF Level 4 qualification, equivalent to A’Level;
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar position.

Personal Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage tasks and responsibilities associated with the role.
