Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Handle daily incoming calls and record them in the company’s database system;
- Follow up on calls with the relevant stakeholders to ensure complaints are addressed and closed;
- Ensure the database is kept up-to-date and maintain communication with clients until their complaints are resolved;
- Greet clients and visitors at the Front Desk and assist them with their requirements;
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including setting up the boardroom as needed;
- Prepare copies and bindings as required for meetings or other tasks;
- Prepare coffee and refreshments for guests when necessary.
Experience
- Hold an MQF Level 4 qualification, equivalent to A’Level;
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar position.
Personal Skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage tasks and responsibilities associated with the role.
