Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Promote a positive Safety Culture and ensure that Safety and Quality Policy is communicated, promoted and implemented within the Organization;
- Ensure that all elements of the SMS are properly implemented, maintained and continuously improved by fulfilling all SMS related duties and responsibilities as defined in SMS Manual;
- Update and advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally;
- Source potential candidates from different online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms);
- Attract passive candidates through e-mail;
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms;
- Interview candidates;
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers;
- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events;
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs;
- Help to onboard new hires;
- Any other tasks commensurate to the role.
Experience
- Have proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role;
- Previous experience with sourcing techniques will be considered an advantage.
Personal Skills
- Have solid verbal and written communication skills;
- Time management and organisational skills.
