Duration

6 months (Unpaid)

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Engage thoughtfully with messages and comments across the company’s diverse social media platforms;
  • Contribute to job board postings while maintaining a comprehensive list of active marketing channels;
  • Provide support to the HR and Recruitment Coordinator as necessary;
  • Facilitate Business Development and Sales initiatives, including calling existing clients as well as initiating new leads and presenting Muovo and JobMatch;
  • Participate in meetings with Managers or Recruiters as required;
  • Cultivate creativity by proposing innovative ideas to enhance workflow and documentation;
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as required by the dynamic needs of the company.

Experience

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree;
  • Experience with MS Office;
  • Fluency in the English language. French or German will be considered a plus.
