Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist the recruitment team by reviewing and screening candidate CVs;
- Maintain and update candidate records across various recruitment platforms and internal systems;
- Support the creation and upkeep of job advertisements across multiple job boards;
- Work closely with recruiters to match candidates to job vacancies based on skills, experience, and client needs;
- Attend team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance processes, candidate experience, and team efficiency;
- Respond promptly and professionally to candidate inquiries through social media channels, including Meta platforms;
- Answer incoming office calls and direct them to the appropriate team member.
Experience
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field;
- Previous internship experience or academic projects related to recruitment, HR, or candidate management is considered an asset;
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written;
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.

- A proactive approach with the ability to take initiative and suggest improvements;
- Effective communication skills and a positive attitude;
- Capable of working independently while also contributing as a collaborative team member.
