Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage promotional partnerships and marketing content across regional channels, including Paid Advertising, Streamers, Telegram, Affiliate Networks, and other digital platforms;
- Plan, coordinate, and execute regional marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Regional Account Manager, supporting operator co-marketing initiatives;
- Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key streamers and influencers within the Brazilian market;
- Identify, establish, and expand influencer and streamer networks across Spanish-speaking Latin American markets, including Mexico, Peru, Chile, Colombia, Argentina, and other key territories;
- Coordinate with affiliate partners to develop marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and collaborative initiatives;
- Prepare and submit weekly progress reports outlining marketing activities and campaign developments;
- Produce monthly performance reports, including market intelligence, competitor analysis, campaign performance, and emerging marketing opportunities.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience within iGaming marketing, with a strong focus on Spanish-speaking Latin American markets;
- Proven experience managing regional marketing activities for major Operators or Providers, preferably within an operator environment;
- Hands-on experience developing influencer networks and executing go-to-market strategies within new markets;
- Native-level Spanish with fluent Portuguese and English for business communication;
- Willingness to travel internationally as required;
- Willingness to complete a 2–4 week onboarding programme at the company's headquarters in Taiwan upon joining.
