Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Oversee the administration of legal structures across various jurisdictions, which includes tasks such as facilitating the opening of bank accounts and managing payment or investment instructions;
  • Handle the establishment and dissolution of legal entities globally, assisting with the preparation and submission of closure documents, and managing associated formalities;
  • Review corporate governance documents, including meeting minutes, memoranda, articles, and powers of attorney, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards;
  • Supervise document preparation and submissions to regulatory bodies in multiple jurisdictions, including the compilation of registration materials;
  • Assist in documenting commercial transactions, which involves reviewing and drafting agreements, summarizing key terms, and monitoring negotiation progress and contractual performance;
  • Collaborate with client relationship and accounting teams to uphold service quality;
  • Monitor and facilitate the progress of acquisitions and reorganizations, ensuring compliance with KYC requirements, and acting as the primary point of contact for corporate inquiries from clients, shareholders, and advisors;
  • Lead and optimize team performance, overseeing workload distribution and progress tracking;
  • Work closely with senior management to support operational efficiency and meet organizational objectives;
  • Stay updated on local laws and regulations pertaining to trusts, companies, tax, and relevant legal areas to ensure compliance across the Company;
  • Promote a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and equality in alignment with the Company’s value.

Experience

  • Have a minimum of 5 years of valuable experience in the Trust and Corporate Services industry, accounting, tax, or audit sectors;
  • A minimum qualification requirement includes a Diploma in a relevant field, with additional tertiary qualifications considered advantageous;
  • Demonstrated success in effectively managing portfolios of entities owned by Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) families;
  • Direct hands-on experience with international structures and private clients.
