- Manage and support a dedicated portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery at all times;
- Liaise with relevant authorities and key stakeholders as needed;
- Collaborate closely with clients to collect required information and documentation within set timeframes;
- Prepare forms, applications, and related documentation accurately based on the details provided;
- Finalise and submit complete immigration application packages to the appropriate government bodies;
- Monitor ongoing cases, track deadlines, and ensure all expiry dates and obligations are met;
- Assist clients during their appointments or visits to government authorities, offering guidance throughout the process.
Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role is required.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Highly organised with strong time-management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and deadlines;
