Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage and support a dedicated portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery at all times;
  • Liaise with relevant authorities and key stakeholders as needed;
  • Collaborate closely with clients to collect required information and documentation within set timeframes;
  • Prepare forms, applications, and related documentation accurately based on the details provided;
  • Finalise and submit complete immigration application packages to the appropriate government bodies;
  • Monitor ongoing cases, track deadlines, and ensure all expiry dates and obligations are met;
  • Assist clients during their appointments or visits to government authorities, offering guidance throughout the process.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar role is required.

Personal Skills

  • Collaborative team player with outstanding interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
  • Highly organised with strong time-management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and deadlines;
  • Proactive and client-oriented, able to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
