Our client is an international operator in the hospitality industry.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Lead and coordinate the team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and optimal departmental performance;
  • Onboard and train new team members while continuing to support the development of existing staff;
  • Monitor and continuously improve operational standards across Reservations, Front Office, and Customer Service;
  • Support the leadership team with ongoing projects and initiatives;
  • Oversee the accuracy and maintenance of the Property Management System (PMS) and other hotel-specific systems, including guest and customer data;
  • Assist the reservations team with daily tasks, including reviewing bookings, managing arrivals, and verifying credit card transactions;
  • Prepare monthly overnight stay reports and manage the processing of commissions.

Experience

  • Completed professional training or hold a degree in hotel management;
  • Bring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the lifestyle hotel sector, such as Front Office or Reservations;
  • Highly proficient in MS Office and familiar with a variety of reservation systems;
  • Speak and write English fluently, and ideally, you are also fluent in German.
