- Assist in compiling, collecting, and analyzing data and reports related to risk management;
- Support the preparation of risk reports and dashboards for senior management review;
- Monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and the Risk Appetite Statement, ensuring that any breaches are escalated to the appropriate department;
- Provide assistance to ensure adherence to banking regulations and compliance requirements;
- Gather and organize data for audits and regulatory reviews as needed;
- Maintain the operational risk incidents dashboard and aid in managing internal controls within the risk register;
- Assist in the development and preparation of regulatory documents, including the ICAAP, ILAAP, and Recovery Plan, and support additional projects as required;
- Regularly review and update policies and procedures to ensure they remain current and effective;
- Perform administrative duties and other tasks to support the Risk Management team.
Experience
- Hold a Diploma or Degree, ideally in Banking or Finance;
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel and MS Word;
- Be fluent in English, both written and verbal;
- Previous experience in a Financial Services institution is considered advantageous.
