Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Gather, compile, and analyse risk-related data to support ongoing monitoring and reporting activities;
  • Assist in preparing detailed risk reports and dashboards for presentation to senior management;
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of compliance with applicable banking regulations;
  • Contribute to data analysis and preparation for periodic risk assessments;
  • Review and update internal risk management policies and procedures as required;
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Risk Management team as needed.

Experience

  • Previous experience in banking, finance, or a related sector will be considered an advantage;
  • Diploma or Degree in Banking, Finance, or a similar discipline is preferred;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.

Personal Skills

  • Excellent command of English, spoken and written;
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a strong sense of teamwork in a fast-paced environment;
  • Capable of working independently, with strong organisational, prioritisation, and time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
