Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Understand the various needs of our customers;
  • Provide an excellent and honest service;
  • Provide solutions and recommendations through your experience and knowledge of the products we offer;
  • Maintain our high standards for customer service;
  • Engage with customers to discover their needs.

Experience

  • Holding a minimum ‘O’ Level standard of education;
  • Previous sales experience, with a track record of sales success.

Personal Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Maltese and English;
  • Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills;
  • Be computer literate, preferably having ECDL certification;
  • Have a flair for design;
  • Be self-motivated, confident, organized and have attention to detail;
  • Have an eye for detail;
  • Be assertive, proactive and self-motivated.
