Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Generate new leads and build relationships with potential clients;
- Drive sales for the language school by promoting our courses and programs;
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales goals;
- Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotions;
- Attend trade shows and events to network and promote the language school;
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have;
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify new opportunities;
- Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis.
Experience
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
- Hold a Proven track record in Sales and Business development;
- Be fluent in English and Spanish and at least one other language, such as French, Turkish, German, Arabic, or Mandarin;
- Be Familiar with CRM software and other sales tools;
- Previous experience in the education industry will be considered an asset.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Have excellent organizational and time-management skills;
- Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours or on weekends, as needed.
