Our client is a leading language school that excels at delivering a fantastic product to agents and students from all over the world.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Oversee commercial realities faced by the business from a sales and marketing perspective whilst reporting to the school General Manager;
  • Maintain and improve marketing efforts on an international level by targeting both agents and direct clients;
  • Explore new international markets in order to generate and foster new business;
  • Attend key international education fairs and conferences;
  • Manage all traditional and digital media marketing efforts;
  • Deploy a strategic approach to the sales and marketing function;
  • Deal with financial and performance-based metrics and KPIs;
  • Oversee enquiries, quotes and bookings from international agents and students by email, telephone and in person;
  • Manage pricing of courses, accommodation options, transfers and other services provided by the school in line with strategic needs and work on mechanisms to issue bespoke quotations;
  • Communicate and liaise with suppliers and accommodation providers on a daily basis;
  • Ensure that agency and student information is accurately recorded within school databases;
  • Deal professionally with agent and student customer welfare as and when required;
  • Contribute to the improvement, development and expansion of English Language Academy’s products and services.


  • Previous experience in a similar role would be considered an asset; 
  • An excellent command of the English language;
  • Strong IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and relevant digital marketing tools.
