Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and put into action a a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy, aligning with the business’s key objectives and revenue targets;
  • Lead international market expansion efforts, by attending various international industry fairs, organising familiarisation trips and even dedicated oversees sales trips to build and secure new business opportunities;
  • Plan and arrange both digital and traditional marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across all activities together with the inhouse marketing team;
  • Oversee and improve all key sales process with the aim of ensuring that the sales team meet their targets whilst an exceptional customer experience is delivered across the board;
  • Coordinate and maintain open communication with all internal and external stakeholders/partners with the aim of ensuring exceptional and competitive product offering;
  • Keep track and manage all key performance metrics and KPIs to guide strategic decisions and improve overall business outcomes.


  • Previous experience in Sales and Marketing, ideally within the education or hospitality sectors;
  • Excellent command of English;
  • Proficiency in IT, especially in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and other essential digital tools.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire the team;
  • Be goal-oriented.
