Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Arrange and manage appointments for the sales team, ensuring efficient scheduling with potential clients;
- Serve as a key liaison between the sales team and internal departments to streamline communication and workflow;
- Keep detailed and accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and essential documents;
- Follow up promptly on leads and customer inquiries to support the sales process and drive conversions;
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding to queries, resolving concerns, and enhancing the client experience;
- Assist in the creation of sales materials, including proposals, presentations, and reports;
- Handle administrative responsibilities to improve the productivity and effectiveness of the sales team;
- Offer logistical and operational support to facilitate successful client meetings and sales engagements.
Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in sales coordination or administrative support roles;
- Proficient in both written and spoken Maltese and English;
- Technologically proficient with experience using various business and sales tools.

- Proven ability to provide comprehensive assistance to sales teams, ensuring smooth operations;
- Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities to manage tasks efficiently;
