Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Be able to use our invoicing system;
- Communicate via email with clients;
- Have a firm grasp of the products and services the Company offer. If you do not know the products well you will not be able to assist our clients;
- Assist in market research on client trends and seasonal purchase trends;
- Propose, seek approval, implement and report on sales promotions on a regular basis as agreed with the management;
- Contribute on evaluations of company products and services in order to improve both;
- Follow up and participate in company product and services promotion so to follow new leads to increase sales;
- Keep abreast and updated with local trends and socio-political issues that may present a sales pitch to the company’s services and products;
- Maintain a creative attitude for company promotion/Sales;
- Follow up on strategies and participate in their inception and implementation so as sales are incremented;
- Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with current clients and acquiring new clients;
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying potential customer; researching and analysing sales options;
- Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospective clients;
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Experience
- Possess an ECDL certificate;
- Possess at least 2 O'levels (English and Mathematics);
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
