Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by the Company;
- Make new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth and collaboration with the marketing department;
- Attend networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients;
- Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained;
- Suggest upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients;
- Craft quotations and draw in more revenue from clients;
- Negotiate with clients to secure sales;
- Remain in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
Experience
- Have previous sales experience;
- Be able to generate revenue by identifying main points and suggesting suitable products or services;
- Technical knowledge and previous experience in export sales will be considered an asset.
Personal Skills
- Great networking and negotiation skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
