Company Introduction

Our client operates in the distribution of healthcare and pharmaceutical products.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Regularly service assigned outlets, ensuring periodic visits as required;
  • Take and process orders;
  • Communicate ongoing promotions, deals, and offers to clients;
  • Monitor product display and ensure proper brand representation;
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients;
  • Identify and penetrate new outlets, subject to discussion and approval by the line manager;
  • Expand brand presence and product ranges within existing outlets, as advised by the Business Manager;
  • Negotiate improved shelving levels and shelf space;
  • Collect outstanding payments where applicable;
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate to the Business Manager when necessary;
  • Monitor and follow up on promotional activities;
  • Provide after-sales support, including handling faulty items;
  • Gather and report market intelligence to brand management;
  • Achieve budgeted sales targets at brand, product, and overall level.

Experience

  • Have an O’ Level standard education;
  • Be Computer literate;
  • Hold a valid driving licence.

Personal Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Solid personal selling skills;
  • Highly driven and motivated.
