- Manage, inspire, and support a team of sales representatives to achieve performance goals;
- Plan and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth;
- Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and maintain an appealing showroom environment;
- Foster long-lasting client relationships while addressing and resolving customer issues promptly;
- Evaluate sales performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement;
- Work closely with marketing, inventory, and senior management to align on business objectives;
- Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and development of new team members.
Experience
- Possess 3 – 5 years of proven experience in sales leadership, ideally within the furniture or retail sector;
- Skilled in using CRM tools and analyzing sales data for performance tracking;
- Knowledge of marketing principles is considered a valuable asset;
- Italian language proficiency would be advantageous.
