Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage, inspire, and support a team of sales representatives to achieve performance goals;
  • Plan and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth;
  • Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and maintain an appealing showroom environment;
  • Foster long-lasting client relationships while addressing and resolving customer issues promptly;
  • Evaluate sales performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement;
  • Work closely with marketing, inventory, and senior management to align on business objectives;
  • Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and development of new team members.

Experience

  • Possess 3 – 5 years of proven experience in sales leadership, ideally within the furniture or retail sector;
  • Skilled in using CRM tools and analyzing sales data for performance tracking;
  • Knowledge of marketing principles is considered a valuable asset;
  • Italian language proficiency would be advantageous.

  • Strong team leadership, communication, and relationship-building capabilities;
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving;
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and retail shifts;
