- Manage and oversee the performance and development of a team of property sales agents;
- Actively participate in property sales by conducting viewings and handling negotiations;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering expert guidance throughout the sales process;
- Source and secure new property listings to expand the agency’s portfolio;
- Monitor individual and team sales targets, providing support and motivation to achieve goals;
- Ensure high standards of customer service and professionalism within the sales team;
- Liaise with sellers and buyers to facilitate smooth and timely transactions;
- Provide regular performance updates and sales reports to senior management;
- Stay informed on local real estate trends and market conditions to maintain a competitive edge;
- Represent the agency at client meetings, property showings, and relevant industry events.
Experience
- Demonstrated strength in management, sales, and negotiation within a real estate setting;
- In-depth knowledge of the local property market and current real estate trends;
- Proven experience in property sales or within the broader real estate industry;
- Proficient in using CRM systems to manage sales activities and client relationships;
- Fluency in both English and Maltese is essential.
