Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage and oversee the performance and development of a team of property sales agents;
  • Actively participate in property sales by conducting viewings and handling negotiations;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering expert guidance throughout the sales process;
  • Source and secure new property listings to expand the agency’s portfolio;
  • Monitor individual and team sales targets, providing support and motivation to achieve goals;
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and professionalism within the sales team;
  • Liaise with sellers and buyers to facilitate smooth and timely transactions;
  • Provide regular performance updates and sales reports to senior management;
  • Stay informed on local real estate trends and market conditions to maintain a competitive edge;
  • Represent the agency at client meetings, property showings, and relevant industry events.

Experience

  • Demonstrated strength in management, sales, and negotiation within a real estate setting;
  • In-depth knowledge of the local property market and current real estate trends;
  • Proven experience in property sales or within the broader real estate industry;
  • Proficient in using CRM systems to manage sales activities and client relationships;
  • Fluency in both English and Maltese is essential.
