Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with both new and existing clients on a daily basis;
- Manage the full sales cycle, ensuring alignment with company guidelines and best practices;
- Assess client needs and provide tailored solutions to address their challenges;
- Deliver exceptional support and guidance to customers throughout their journey;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information within the company’s CRM system;
- Gather necessary digital assets from customers to facilitate the delivery of digital products;
- Work towards achieving predefined sales targets and performance objectives;
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
Experience
- Poseess a MQF Level 4 qualification;
- A diploma in Marketing or Business Administration is desirable;
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role;
- Fluency in both Maltese and English is highly desirable;
- A valid driving license is required;
- Experience with HubSpot CRM is an advantage but not essential.
