Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with both new and existing clients on a daily basis;
  • Manage the full sales cycle, ensuring alignment with company guidelines and best practices;
  • Assess client needs and provide tailored solutions to address their challenges;
  • Deliver exceptional support and guidance to customers throughout their journey;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information within the company’s CRM system;
  • Gather necessary digital assets from customers to facilitate the delivery of digital products;
  • Work towards achieving predefined sales targets and performance objectives;
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners.

Experience

  • Poseess a MQF Level 4 qualification;
  • A diploma in Marketing or Business Administration is desirable;
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role;
  • Fluency in both Maltese and English is highly desirable;
  • A valid driving license is required;
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM is an advantage but not essential.
