Our client is a leading import and distributor of bespoke furniture.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide comprehensive technical and administrative support to the sales team;
- Review and analyse sales orders to ensure accuracy in units, materials, colours, and models;
- Serve as a key liaison between clients, sales, and technical teams to resolve any technical concerns;
- Conduct on-site measurements and prepare installations to ensure technical readiness;
- Coordinate with international suppliers to clarify product details and specifications;
- Ensure customers receive clear, accurate, and timely information throughout the sales and installation process.
Experience
- Proficient in CAD/design software and Microsoft 365 applications;
- Fluent in English and Maltese; knowledge of Italian is an advantage;
- Prior experience or familiarity with the furniture industry is desirable.
