Company Introduction

Our client is a leading import and distributor of bespoke furniture.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide comprehensive technical and administrative support to the sales team;
  • Review and analyse sales orders to ensure accuracy in units, materials, colours, and models;
  • Serve as a key liaison between clients, sales, and technical teams to resolve any technical concerns;
  • Conduct on-site measurements and prepare installations to ensure technical readiness;
  • Coordinate with international suppliers to clarify product details and specifications;
  • Ensure customers receive clear, accurate, and timely information throughout the sales and installation process.

Experience

  • Proficient in CAD/design software and Microsoft 365 applications;
  • Fluent in English and Maltese; knowledge of Italian is an advantage;
  • Prior experience or familiarity with the furniture industry is desirable.

  • Excellent organisational abilities, strong communication skills, and proven teamwork experience;
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and efficient task execution.
