Our client is a leading real estate company.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Support the daily operations and administration of the branch;
- Provide administrative assistance to the Branch Manager and Property Consultants;
- Maintain and update property listings and related information within the internal database;
- Assist clients and property owners with enquiries related to property sales, letting, and management services;
- Ensure a high level of customer service while maintaining a professional and welcoming branch environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, or office support role will be considered an asset;
- Familiarity with property management, real estate operations, or similar environments will be considered advantageous;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic database systems.
Personal Skills
- Smart, mature, and professional approach when dealing with clients and colleagues;
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently using own initiative;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Maltese will be considered an asset;
- Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail;
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment;
- Availability to work on alternating Saturdays.
