Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support the daily operations and administration of the branch;
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Branch Manager and Property Consultants;
  • Maintain and update property listings and related information within the internal database;
  • Assist clients and property owners with enquiries related to property sales, letting, and management services;
  • Ensure a high level of customer service while maintaining a professional and welcoming branch environment.

Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, or office support role will be considered an asset;
  • Familiarity with property management, real estate operations, or similar environments will be considered advantageous;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic database systems.

Personal Skills

  • Smart, mature, and professional approach when dealing with clients and colleagues;
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently using own initiative;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Maltese will be considered an asset;
  • Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail;
  • Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment;
  • Availability to work on alternating Saturdays.
