Our client is a leading organisation in private clients and corporate services.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provision of general secretarial support;
  • Maintain office systems including paper and electronic filing;
  • Update spreadsheets;
  • Register employees for training sessions and organise same activity;
  • Greet clients;
  • Answer incoming calls.


  • Hold an "A" level standard of education;
  • Be proficiency in Maltese and English (both written and spoken);
  • Previous working experience in a similar role for at least 1 year will be given preference however it is not essential.

Personal Skills

  • Be organised and meticulous in their work;
  • Proficient in the use of MS Word and MS Excel;
  • Must be organized and able to work well under pressure.
