Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Provision of general secretarial support;
- Maintain office systems including paper and electronic filing;
- Update spreadsheets;
- Register employees for training sessions and organise same activity;
- Greet clients;
- Answer incoming calls.
Experience
- Hold an "A" level standard of education;
- Be proficiency in Maltese and English (both written and spoken);
- Previous working experience in a similar role for at least 1 year will be given preference however it is not essential.
Personal Skills
- Be organised and meticulous in their work;
- Proficient in the use of MS Word and MS Excel;
- Must be organized and able to work well under pressure.
