Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist partners and lawyers with daily tasks and responsibilities;
  • Coordinate and organize attendance at conferences;
  • Arrange travel plans and accommodations for partners;
  • Maintain office systems, including paper-based and electronic filing;
  • Handle calls and address clients’ administrative needs;
  • Assist with billing processes and internal reporting;
  • Manage email correspondence and calendars;
  • Prepare for meetings and welcome clients.

Experience

  • Possess an A’ level standard of education;
  • Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word and MS Excel;
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be considered as a plus.

Personal Skills

  • Communicate fluently in both English and Maltese;
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
