Our client is a leading law firm.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements;
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring prompt and professional communication;
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, in accordance with firm policies;
- Liaise with clients, courts, and other stakeholders as required by case or business needs;
- Open, update, and close client files in line with internal procedures and compliance standards;
- Prepare and format documentation for client meetings, hearings, and transactions;
- Track case deadlines and ensure all timelines are met accurately;
- Assist with the firm’s time recording and management systems;
- Support client onboarding processes, including KYC and compliance documentation;
- Oversee office administration tasks, ensuring resources and supplies are efficiently managed.
Experience
- Minimum A’ Level standard of education;
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;
- Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage.
Personal Skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail;
- Fluent in both English and Maltese, with excellent communication skills.
