Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Create strategies to manage and grow your assigned affiliate portfolio in line with business goals;
  • Leverage your network of affiliates, as well as, recruit new ones, both online and at various industry events, to increase the volume of new customers in various markets;
  • Effectively leverage insights gathered from MyAffiliates and various BI/Analytics tools to continuously optimise and scale affiliate campaigns, ensuring ROI, in line with the strategy at that time;
  • Actively study the competing operators and suggest ways to increase the competitiveness of the affiliate program as well as of the products we are promoting;
  • Be very familiar with the products we are promoting and regularly provide user experience reports and improvement suggestions;
  • Ensure the compliance of existing and newly recruited affiliates and their campaigns with the various regulations we need to abide by;
  • Represent the affiliate program at the various industry events in a highly professional manner to continue growing the network of partners and our brand awareness;
  • Collaborate closely and effectively with the Marketing, CRM, Creative and Development departments in creating various campaigns and promotional tools to achieve the affiliate program’s objectives;
  • Be relatively autonomous, present period progress reports and take responsibility for your part in reaching the company's objectives;
  • Work closely with the Head of Affiliate Marketing to set and adjust objectives, define strategies, approve campaigns and creatives as well as work out challenges.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of customer acquisition (affiliate marketing) experience within the iGaming sector;
  • Have a proven track record of contributing to customer acquisition growth by managing campaigns across multiple sources, types of traffic and markets;
  • Have a solid network of partners within the iGaming affiliate space;
  • Fluent in written and spoken English;
  • Have experience working with affiliate/digital marketing tracking software as well as BI software and good Excel skills;
  • Have the ability to collaborate via workplace management tools (Asana or similar);
  • Have a keen understanding of conversion flows/funnels, measuring performance along them and actively optimizing performance.
