- Manage a diverse client portfolio, maintaining clear communication and providing regular updates to senior management;
- Supervise and guide junior team members, supporting their professional growth and fostering a collaborative team environment;
- Leverage feedback and self-assessment to strengthen capabilities and address development areas;
- Built and sustain strong client relationships by tailoring communication styles to establish trust and credibility;
- Enhance both personal and team expertise by keeping up to date with auditing standards, methodologies, and best practices;
- Monitor local and national business and economic developments to assess potential impacts on client operations.
Experience
- Near completion of ACCA/ACA or an equivalent recognized Accounting qualification;
- A minimum of 5 years of external audit experience;
- Have thorough knowledge of GAPSME, IFRS, and IASs in audit engagements;
- Proven experience in external audit planning, risk assessment, control identification, and testing is required;
- Experience in conducting internal audits will be considered an asset.
Personal Skills
- Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, ensuring clarity in reporting and collaboration;
- Manage multiple audit engagements simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while working closely with teams.
