Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead audit engagements from planning through to completion, ensuring work is delivered in accordance with professional standards and agreed deadlines;
• Plan, coordinate, and perform financial audits for a portfolio of clients across various industries;
• Review financial statements and audit documentation to ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and reporting requirements;
• Develop a thorough understanding of clients' businesses, operations, and internal control environments;
• Liaise directly with clients to obtain information, resolve audit queries, and provide practical recommendations for process improvements;
• Supervise, mentor, and support junior members of the audit team throughout audit engagements;
• Prepare audit reports and ensure all audit working papers are complete, accurate, and properly documented;
• Perform other audit and assurance duties as required.

Experience

• Fully ACCA qualified or equivalent professional qualification;
• Minimum of 3 years' experience within an external audit role;
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, accounting principles, and financial reporting requirements;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel. Advanced Excel skills will be considered an asset;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
