Our client is a provider of corporate, tax, accounting, business advisory, and administration services.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Work closely with the audit team to understand client operations and support the delivery of appropriate audit solutions;
- Liaise with clients to obtain the information and documentation required throughout the audit process;
- Develop and maintain professional working relationships with clients and their teams;
- Prepare accurate audit working papers, clearly documenting procedures performed and findings identified;
- Manage audit engagements from the planning stage through to completion, ensuring agreed timelines and quality standards are met;
- Keep engagement leaders informed of audit progress and escalate any significant matters when required;
- Analyse financial information and assess the accuracy of financial statements;
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAPSME and IFRS standards;
- Supervise and provide guidance to junior team members while maintaining effective communication with Audit Managers.
Experience
- ACCA qualification or equivalent, either in the final stages or already obtained;
- Minimum 3 years of relevant audit experience;
- In-depth knowledge of current auditing techniques;
- Experience and familiarity with GAPSME, IFRS, and International Auditing Standards;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
