Our client is a leading organisation in corporate services, trustees and fiduciaries.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Support the formation and liquidation of legal entities in Malta, including the preparation and submission of all necessary closing documents and associated formalities;
- Review and maintain a variety of corporate governance documents, such as board minutes, written resolutions, memoranda and articles of association, and powers of attorney;
- Oversee the ongoing administration of Maltese legal structures, including bank account openings and the execution of payment or investment instructions;
- Prepare and submit statutory filings with the Malta Business Registry and other relevant authorities;
- Perform other related duties as reasonably assigned to support business needs;
- Collaborate with client relationship and accounting teams to deliver exceptional service and maintain strong client satisfaction;
- Support the progress and completion of client company acquisitions and reorganisations;
- Assist in the collection and verification of KYC documentation to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements;
- Act as the first point of contact on corporate matters for clients, shareholders, advisors, and other relevant stakeholders;
- Work closely with the Senior Manager, Corporate, to provide operational support aligned with business goals and local targets;
- Stay up to date with changes in Maltese laws and regulations, particularly regarding company law, trusts, and tax legislation, ensuring compliance across all client activities;
- Upohold the company’s values by fostering a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and respect in the workplace.
Experience
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the Trust and Corporate Services sector, as well as in accounting, tax, or audit environments;
- Hold at least a Diploma qualification in a relevant field, with higher education credentials considered a strong advantage;
- Demonstrated success managing portfolios of entities owned by ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) families;
- Hands-on operational experience with international corporate structures and private client services.
