Company Introduction

Our client is a company specialising in renewable energy and energy storage solutions.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the Malta entity, ensuring the efficient management of local corporate activities;
  • Prepare, review, and manage contracts, corporate documentation, and administrative processes;
  • Liaise with banks, accountants, external service providers, and business partners on operational and corporate matters;
  • Coordinate compliance, corporate governance, and operational requirements, ensuring all local obligations are met;
  • Act as an authorised representative and support signatory responsibilities, including the review and execution of corporate and legal documentation;
  • Maintain accurate and well-organised corporate records, legal documentation, and internal files;
  • Work closely with international colleagues and external stakeholders to support the Group's operations across multiple jurisdictions;
  • Assist with additional corporate, legal, and administrative responsibilities as required.

Experience

  • Minimum of 8 years' experience within a Corporate Service Provider (CSP), fiduciary, legal, or similar regulated environment;
  • Experience acting as an authorised signatory or authorised representative;
  • Previous experience managing banking relationships, external auditors, regulators, and service providers independently;
  • Experience reviewing contracts, NDAs, and other corporate documentation will be considered an asset;
  • Fluent in English; additional languages will be considered an asset.
