Company Introduction

Our client is a provider of corporate, tax, accounting, business advisory, and administration services.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support the preparation and filing of resolutions and statutory documentation with the Malta Business Registry (MBR);
  • Manage corporate matters such as amendments to company structures and the incorporation of new entities;
  • Maintain up-to-date company registers and ensure ongoing compliance with applicable legislation and regulatory requirements;
  • Draft and review contracts, resolutions, and various corporate documents as required;
  • Coordinate the opening and closure of client bank accounts, maintaining regular communication with banking institutions;
  • Handle client correspondence and oversee the smooth day-to-day administration of client companies;
  • Assist with client onboarding processes, including KYC documentation and ongoing compliance monitoring;
  • Provide support in relation to residency programmes and employment visa registrations;
  • Keep clients informed of relevant industry updates and regulatory developments;
  • Maintain professional relationships with the Malta Business Registry and other regulatory authorities.

Experience

  • A minimum qualification at Diploma level in Legal Studies, Finance, or a related discipline is viewed as an asset;
  • At least 3 years’ hands-on experience within the corporate services sector;
  • Sound understanding of corporate regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices;
  • Prior experience in a comparable corporate services role will be considered highly advantageous;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
  • Familiarity with procedures related to the opening of client bank accounts.
