- Supervise the daily operations across various departments to ensure smooth workflows;
- Enhance and refine business processes to align with corporate structures, fostering business growth;
- Develop and manage corporate governance frameworks that align with the company’s strategic objectives;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of business plans;
- Formulate operational strategies that support long-term business objectives while ensuring regulatory compliance;
- Create and track performance metrics to assess operational effectiveness;
- Address operational challenges swiftly and effectively, offering strategic recommendations for improvements;
- Oversee the management of the client database;
- Handle day-to-day client operations along with other ad hoc requests as needed;
- Collaborate closely with the entire team to ensure high-quality client services and compliance with relevant regulations;
- Stay updated on developments in maritime, aviation, and Seamen’s legislation, ensuring that the Company adheres to applicable regulations in all jurisdictions;
- Perform other related duties as required;
Experience
- Possess previous management experience in corporate and/or business development;
- Hold an MBA or an equivalent advanced degree in business, operations management, or a related field;
- Demonstrated expertise in operations management, corporate structures, and business development;
- In-depth understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) legislation and its application in corporate settings;
- Proven experience with client onboarding processes and operational best practices.
