Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Supervise the daily operations across various departments to ensure smooth workflows;
  • Enhance and refine business processes to align with corporate structures, fostering business growth;
  • Develop and manage corporate governance frameworks that align with the company’s strategic objectives;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of business plans;
  • Formulate operational strategies that support long-term business objectives while ensuring regulatory compliance;
  • Create and track performance metrics to assess operational effectiveness;
  • Address operational challenges swiftly and effectively, offering strategic recommendations for improvements;
  • Oversee the management of the client database;
  • Handle day-to-day client operations along with other ad hoc requests as needed;
  • Collaborate closely with the entire team to ensure high-quality client services and compliance with relevant regulations;
  • Stay updated on developments in maritime, aviation, and Seamen’s legislation, ensuring that the Company adheres to applicable regulations in all jurisdictions;
  • Perform other related duties as required;

Experience

  • Possess previous management experience in corporate and/or business development;
  • Hold an MBA or an equivalent advanced degree in business, operations management, or a related field;
  • Demonstrated expertise in operations management, corporate structures, and business development;
  • In-depth understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) legislation and its application in corporate settings;
  • Proven experience with client onboarding processes and operational best practices.
