Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist the Workshop Manager in day-to-day execution of tasks and to support the workshop front-line team;
  • Attend customer needs, ensuring high level of customer satisfaction and to handle administrative tasks;
  • Overlook the warranty department;
  • Issue invoices and warranties;
  • Keep the Company’s CRM system up to date.

Experience

  • Have attained a solid educational foundation, equivalent to at least an O’Level standard;
  • Possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in office administration;
  • Demonstrate proficiency in computer usage;
  • Exhibit familiarity with workshop processes;
  • Be fluent in both Maltese and English languages;
  • Hold a clean driving license.

  • Demonstrate an understanding of modern vehicle technology, coupled with exceptional interpersonal abilities;
