Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Uphold a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor in all interactions with customers;
  • Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries;
  • Address customer queries regarding services, including estimated repair timelines;
  • Engage with customers across various channels, such as online bookings, phone calls, and in-person meetings, to schedule appointments, vehicle drop-offs, and pickups;
  • Guarantee timely completion of customer vehicles, providing comprehensive details on services rendered and associated costs to ensure utmost satisfaction;
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer concerns or complaints in a timely and effective manner;
  • Stay updated on the company’s products, services, and policies;
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback within the company’s CRM system;
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues as needed;
  • Offer insights and feedback on improving the efficiency of the customer service process;
  • Strive to ensure customer satisfaction through the delivery of professional and attentive support.

Experience

  • Possess an educational background equivalent to A-Level standards;
  • Demonstrate prior experience in customer support;
  • Exhibit fluency in both written and spoken Maltese and English languages;
  • Be computer literate;
  • Hold a valid and clean driving license;
  • Familiarity with modern vehicle technology would be viewed as a valuable asset.

Personal Skills

  • Display extensive knowledge about products and services;
  • Be able to stay calm when dealing with difficult customers;
  • Have good verbal and written communication skills.
