Our client is an outsourcing company specializing in the management of strategic activities.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage the daily operations of the sales shift, ensuring targets and operational goals are achieved;
  • Monitor sales floor performance and ensure a productive and motivated working environment;
  • Support Team Leaders and sales agents by providing guidance, motivation, and ongoing operational support;
  • Troubleshoot and coordinate the resolution of technical and operational issues with relevant departments;
  • Ensure adherence to company procedures, professional standards, conduct policies, and disciplinary guidelines;
  • Oversee CRM and telephony systems, including management of quotas, caps, and related configurations;
  • Conduct daily briefings covering updates, performance results, targets, and operational priorities;
  • Monitor live reports and sales performance throughout the shift, ensuring positive performance development;
  • Escalate operational issues and coordinate solutions with internal departments where required;
  • Organise and oversee sales competitions, promotions, and incentive initiatives in collaboration with relevant teams;
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of Team Leaders and sales teams, providing regular feedback and reporting;
  • Prepare performance reports and bonus calculations for mid-management staff;
  • Coordinate training plans, incentives, and departmental support required to achieve operational objectives;
  • Maintain effective communication with internal support departments including Compliance, HR, Monitoring, and Head Office;
  • Report directly to senior management on shift performance, KPIs, and operational matters;
  • Work effectively within a dynamic, fast-paced, and target-driven sales environment.

Experience

  • Previous experience managing and motivating high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced environment is mandatory;
  • Experience working with KPIs, sales performance monitoring, and target-driven environments;
  • Experience presenting daily and weekly performance reports to senior management;
  • Fluency in English is required;
  • Knowledge of Italian, Polish, or Swedish will be considered a strong advantage;
  • Familiarity with CRM and telephony systems will be considered an asset.
