Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the short-term rental portfolio;
  • Assist in managing bookings, guest communications, and check-in/check-out processes;
  • Conduct property inspections to ensure units are well-maintained, clean, and fully operational;
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and operational standards;
  • Assist in delivering a high-quality guest experience through effective communication and service;
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants, ensuring professional and timely interaction;
  • Coordinate maintenance and property upkeep with suppliers, contractors, and service providers;
  • Assist with the preparation of agreements, renewals, and operational reports;
  • Support marketing activities aimed at promoting properties and increasing occupancy.

Experience

  • Previous experience in hospitality, property management, reservations, or a similar role will be considered an advantage;
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken; Maltese will be considered an asset;
  • Possession of a valid driving licence and own means of transport;
  • Flexibility to work varied hours as required by operational needs.
