Our client is a leading real estate company.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Support the day-to-day operations of the short-term rental portfolio;
- Assist in managing bookings, guest communications, and check-in/check-out processes;
- Conduct property inspections to ensure units are well-maintained, clean, and fully operational;
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and operational standards;
- Assist in delivering a high-quality guest experience through effective communication and service;
- Liaise with landlords and tenants, ensuring professional and timely interaction;
- Coordinate maintenance and property upkeep with suppliers, contractors, and service providers;
- Assist with the preparation of agreements, renewals, and operational reports;
- Support marketing activities aimed at promoting properties and increasing occupancy.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality, property management, reservations, or a similar role will be considered an advantage;
- Good command of English, both written and spoken; Maltese will be considered an asset;
- Possession of a valid driving licence and own means of transport;
- Flexibility to work varied hours as required by operational needs.
